Returns & Exchanges

We strive to provide high-quality packaging solutions, but if our chipboard boxes or folding cartons do not meet your specifications, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-printed orders are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team with your order number and details regarding the specific cartons you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • 2.
    Prepare the Shipment

    Securely pack the unused boxes in their original flat-packed bundles and outer shipping cartons to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  • 3.
    Affix Shipping Label

    Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the items back to our distribution center using a carrier that provides tracking services.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned inventory for resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
