Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our chipboard boxes and folding cartons.
What is the difference between chipboard and corrugated cardboard?
Chipboard is a single-ply paperboard used for lightweight items like cereal boxes or cosmetics, known for its smooth finish and foldability. Corrugated cardboard consists of multiple layers with a fluted center, designed for heavy-duty shipping and structural strength.
Can I request custom dimensions for my folding cartons?
Yes, we specialize in custom manufacturing. You can specify your required length, width, and depth, and our team will provide a quote based on your unique structural requirements.
What are the minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity typically starts at 500 units for standard sizes and 1,000 units for custom-printed folding cartons to ensure the most cost-effective production for our customers.
Do you offer printing and branding services?
Absolutely. We offer high-quality offset and digital printing options, including spot UV, foil stamping, and matte or glossy aqueous coatings to make your packaging stand out.
How are the boxes shipped to prevent damage?
To save on shipping costs and prevent crushing, all chipboard boxes and folding cartons are shipped flat. They are securely bundled and shrink-wrapped on pallets or packed in heavy-duty outer cartons.
Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we offer two types of samples: unprinted structural prototypes to test for size and fit, or fully printed digital samples for color and artwork approval.
